Once a Case Club Member, I authorize Ron Yates to charge my credit card four times a year for wine(s) and shipping costs (if necessary).
Membership begins with the first shipment in September, November, January and March.
By submitting an application for Membership, I acknowledge that I am over the age of 21, and that an adult signature is required for any wine(s) shipped.
