        Membership Agreement:

  • Once a 6 Bottle Club Member, I authorize Ron Yates to charge my credit card four times a year for wine(s) and shipping costs (if necessary)
  • Membership begins with the first shipment in September, November, January and March.
  • Members may cancel any time after the first two shipments.
  • By submitting an aplication for Membership, I acknowledge that I'm over the age of 21 and that an adult signature is required for any wine(s) shipped.
  • Ron Yates reserves the right to add additional benefits or requirments at any time.
