Be among the first to try our Bordeaux-style white wine made with 90% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Semillon grapes grown in Dell Valley Vineyards in Texas. To give it a silky texture and rich flavors, this Sauvignon Blanc was fermented in 50% stainless steel and 50% neutral oak barrels, then aged for six months in 100% stainless steel. It has beautiful aromas of lemongrass and Magnolia blooms with grapefruit zest and lemon cream flavors.
